2. Class Enrollment and Payment

• Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment
• Class sizes are limited to ensure quality instruction
• Payment is due at time of enrollment unless other arrangements are made
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
• Monthly payments are due by the first class of each month

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Full refunds available up to 48 hours before the first scheduled class
• Classes cancelled by students with 24+ hours notice can be rescheduled within the same month
• No refunds for classes missed without 24-hour notice
• ArtTeach Studio reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances
• If we cancel a class, full refunds or rescheduling options will be provided

4. Code of Conduct and Safety

• All students must follow studio safety guidelines and behavioral expectations
• Parents/guardians are responsible for their child's behavior and must remain on premises
• Disruptive behavior may result in removal from class without refund
• Students must inform instructors of any allergies or medical conditions
• We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for bullying or inappropriate behavior

5. Materials and Artwork

• All basic art supplies and materials are included in class fees
• Students may bring personal art supplies if desired
• Completed artwork belongs to the student and may be taken home
• We may photograph student artwork for promotional purposes with parental consent

6. Health and Safety

• Students with contagious illnesses should not attend class
• Emergency contact information must be current and accessible
• We maintain first aid supplies and trained staff for minor injuries
• Serious injuries will result in immediate medical attention and parental notification

7. Intellectual Property

• All curriculum, teaching methods, and materials are proprietary to ArtTeach Studio
• Students retain ownership of their original artwork
• We may use student artwork for promotional purposes with written consent
